TERMS OF CANCELLATION
VALID ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS
BOOKED DIRECTLY ON OUR SITE

ALL (and only) reservations BOOKED ON OUR SITE (for ALL rates, including our offers for minimum stays of 3/6/7/9 nights) are subject to the following cancellation terms:

* they can be canceled free of charge UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN
* from 14 to 8 days before check-in, a penalty equal to two nights will be applied
* from 7 to 2 days before check-in, a penalty of up to 3 nights will be applied
* if the cancellation arrives less than 48 hours before check-in, as well as in case of no-show, a penalty of up to 4 nights will be applied.

ALL rates booked on our site are inclusive of accommodation and breakfast, while any tourist tax, tips and any other charges and costs are EXCLUDED.
